NPO Algiobiotechnologia Ltd has been producing chlorella strain -111 since year 2006. The production is organized with usage of the latest biotechnologies and is certified in accordance with veterinary security. Algolisation technique has been cleared out.  

Our factory's manufacturing capacity lets us perform annual biological rehabilitation of water reservoirs even those used as water supplies in areas more than 10 000 km2, we can act as a performer to solve problems connected with supplying of clean fresh water to factories and citizens. 

In case of a threat of water bloom in water reservoirs and fishing ponds (can happen anywhere), or in case of semination with pathogenic microflora in the water, NPO Algiobiotechnologia Ltd performs their algolization to prevent water bloom with cyanobacteria and to rehabilitate the water reservoir sanitarily. Algolization is performed from February to August. Non-freezing ponds in the south of Russia are algolized in the period of the lowest vegetative activity of cyanobacteria: December, January, February.  

Industrial and agricultural factories possessing clearing-pools with flowage more than 100 hours can solve the problem of waste waters using our method. Any spring-summer time is possible for their biological rehabilitation. Algolization is performed within the time period coordinated with the Customer, but not earlier than 7 days after money coming into the settlement account of NPO Algiobiotechnologia Ltd. 

To achieve and maintain a positive result in the fight with water bloom NPO Algiobiotechnologia Ltd recommends to perform algolisation 4 years running. During the first year mainly water purification occurs (chemical oxygen consumption and biochemical oxygen consumption reduce, biogenes numbers go down) and the water reservoir meets winter with high oxygen amount. Second year of algolisation launches numerous trophic chains. The third year consolidates, and the fourth consolidates the process.  

This technique has been tested since 2001 in water reservoirs in Penza, Volgograd and Zimlyanskoye, and has been approved by the Federal Agency of Water Resources in the Russian  Federation and by the Russian Fishing Industry.  

In 2008 algolisation of fishing ponds with total area 2100 hectares was performed in Lipetsk, Voronezh, Belgorod, Tambov.  

In addition to waters in Central Chernozemye, in 2009 fishing ponds with total area 3500 ga were successfully algolized in Krasnodar, Stavropol, Moscow, Leningrad and Rostov regions. Besides, in 2009 the process was launched in Matyrsk waters (46,0 km2) and in Izhevsk drinking pond (23,0 km2).  

In 2010 works in those regions continued together with works in the waters of Nizhniy Tagil pond (7,8 km2), Beloyarsk water reservoir (42,0 km2). In 2011 works started in large water reservoirs, such as Lenevskiy water reservoir (23,0 km2), and also in drinking ponds: Chernoistochinskiy(26,4 km2) and Verhne-Vyiskiy (6,0 km2) water reservoirs.  

In present time more than 500 water reservoirs with total area more than 300 km2 have been rehabilitated. Number of fishing farms with owners understanding the necessity of using chlorella suspension has increased. The total area of waters algolized in 2011 reached 21000 hectares.  

On the 28th of February, 2012 in the Institute of Ecology of Volgskiy Water System included in the Russian Scientific Academy a scientific meeting took place devoted to problems of waters rehabilitation by means of algocenosis correction, where we reported about the work performed during the recent years. Prominent scientists supported the method of biological rehabilitation and recommended its use on lakes in Tolyaty City and in coastal areas of Kyibishev water reservoir, which once again proved   consistency of our method.
